1. Who we are

Creator Seo Fixer - Growth Analyzer (“we”, “the service”) is operated by Creator Seo Fixer - Growth Analyzer. This policy explains what data we collect when you use https://www.creatorseofixer.in/, why we collect it, how we protect it, and how you can delete it.

Creator Seo Fixer - Growth Analyzer is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube.

2. Data we access from your Google account

When you sign in with Google, you choose to grant these permissions. We only request what the service needs:

  • Basic profile (openid, email, profile): your name, email address and profile photo, used to create and sign in to your account.
  • YouTube, read-only (youtube.readonly): your channel ID, name, handle, description, thumbnail, subscriber, view and video counts, and your recent videos’ titles, descriptions, tags, publish times and public counts.
  • YouTube Analytics, read-only (yt-analytics.readonly): channel-level metrics such as views, watch time and traffic sources.

All YouTube access is read-only. The service cannot upload, edit, delete or post anything on your channel.

3. How we use Google user data

  • To show you your own channel and videos inside your account.
  • To find weak titles, short descriptions, missing tags and an empty channel About section.
  • To suggest posting hours based on when your channel already publishes.
  • To write suggested titles, descriptions and tags when you ask for them. You copy and paste them into YouTube yourself.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build profiles for anyone else.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

Creator Seo Fixer - Growth Analyzer’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
  • We only transfer Google user data to others when it is needed to provide those features (see section 7), to comply with law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice to you.
  • We never use or transfer Google user data for serving ads, including retargeting or personalised ads.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google user data, unless you give us permission for a specific support request, it is needed for security (for example, investigating abuse), or it is required by law.

Our use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. AI and machine learning

When you ask for a suggested title, description or tags, we send only the text needed for that request (your channel name and the titles, descriptions and tags of the relevant videos) to OpenAI’s API, which writes the suggestion and returns it to us.

  • Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train any generalised or non-personalised AI or machine learning model, by us or by anyone else.
  • We send requests with storage turned off. Under OpenAI’s API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train OpenAI’s models.
  • No Google tokens, email addresses or payment details are sent to OpenAI.

6. Other data we collect

  • Payment records: order ID, plan, amount, payment status, payment ID, payment method type and the phone number you enter at checkout. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree’s page and are never seen or stored by us.
  • Security and usage logs: IP address, browser type, sign-in times, pages opened, and when you accepted our terms. We use these to keep accounts safe, prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes.

7. Who we share data with

We share data only with these service providers, only to run the service:

  • Google: to sign you in and read your channel through YouTube APIs.
  • OpenAI: text for AI suggestions, as explained in section 5.
  • Cashfree Payments: your name, email, phone and order amount, to process a payment you start.
  • Our hosting provider: stores our servers and database.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

8. How we protect your data

We use these safeguards to protect personal and sensitive data, including Google user data:

  • Encryption in transit: every page and API call uses HTTPS (TLS). Calls to Google, OpenAI and Cashfree are made over TLS.
  • Encryption at rest: Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are saved. The encryption key is kept outside the database.
  • Least privilege: we request read-only YouTube scopes only, and we never ask for your Google password.
  • Access control: each account can only see its own data. Only authorised administrators can open the admin area. It is protected by a password, login attempt limits and CSRF protection. Admins cannot see your Google tokens.
  • Secure sessions: sessions use secure cookies, and forms are protected against cross-site request forgery.
  • Server security: secrets such as API keys are kept in server configuration files that are not public. Server software is kept updated.
  • Data minimisation: we store only the channel and video fields listed in section 2. We keep no copies of your video files.
  • Incident response: if a breach affects your data, we will revoke affected tokens, fix the cause, and notify affected users and authorities as the law requires.

9. How long we keep data

  • YouTube data (channel and video details, analytics): refreshed while you use the service, and deleted automatically if it has not been refreshed for 30 days.
  • Google tokens: kept only while your Google account is connected, and deleted as soon as you disconnect.
  • AI suggestions: kept with your channel data and deleted with it.
  • Payment and invoice records: kept for up to 8 years, because tax and accounting laws require it.
  • Security logs: kept for up to 2 years to prevent fraud and handle payment disputes.

10. Your choices: disconnect and delete

  • Disconnect and delete in the app: open Settings and click “Disconnect Google and delete my data”. We revoke our Google access right away and permanently delete your stored channel data, video data, analytics, AI suggestions and Google tokens.
  • Revoke from Google: you can remove access at any time on your Google Account permissions page.
  • Delete your whole account: email support@creatorseofixer.in from your account email. We delete your account within 30 days. We keep only payment records that the law requires.
  • Access or correction: email us to get a copy of your data or to correct it.

11. Children

The service is not meant for children under 13, or under the minimum age in your country. We do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this page and ask for your consent before the new use starts.
